What Is THREE ONES?

THREE ONES is a simple, doable, sustainable, relational, and Spirit-led framework for everyday outreach through One Prayer, One Conversation, and One Story. Rather than treating outreach as a program or event, THREE ONES helps believers practice natural and faithful gospel living through everyday relationships and small steps of obedience.

1. The Heart of THREE ONES
Simple

Anyone can begin.

Doable

Small and clear steps make outreach approachable.

Sustainable

Designed to fit real life and everyday rhythms.

Relational

Focused on people, not programs or performance.

Spirit-Led

Guided by prayer, love, and the leading of the Holy Spirit rather than pressure.

2. The Three Practices
One Prayer

Prayer is where outreach begins. Prayer aligns our hearts with God and helps us become sensitive to His leading.

Biblically Rooted

  • Jesus regularly prayed before ministry (Luke 5:16)
  • Jesus told His disciples to pray for the harvest (Matthew 9:37–38)
  • Paul asked believers to pray for open doors and boldness (Colossians 4:2–4)
One Conversation

Outreach grows through genuine relationships and meaningful conversations. We listen well, care deeply, and engage naturally in everyday moments.

Biblically Rooted

  • Jesus personally engaged people (John 3:1-21, John 4:1-42, Luke 19:1-10)
  • His approach was relational, not transactional
  • Paul dialogued and reasoned with people (Acts 17:2, 17)
One Story

We share what God has done through our lives, through the scripture, and through the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our story becomes powerful when it points people to Jesus.

Biblically Rooted

  • Jesus told people to share what God had done (Mark 5:19–20)
  • Paul regularly shared his testimony (Acts 22, 26)
  • The gospel remains central: Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again (1 Corinthians 15:3–4)
3. Culturally Relevant Outreach

The gospel never changes, but culture does. THREE ONES helps believers share the gospel in ways people can receive today.

Today’s Culture
  • Truth is often viewed as personal rather than absolute
  • Many are spiritually curious but cautious of religion
  • People are highly connected yet deeply lonely
  • Trust in institutions is decreasing
  • Relationships and authenticity matter deeply

What People Value
  • Authenticity over perfection
  • Stories over arguments
  • Listening over telling
  • Meaning and purpose
  • Simplicity and clarity
4. How THREE ONES Meets the Moment
One Prayer

Begins with God, not pressure.
We prayerfully focus on one person and join what God is already doing.

One Conversation

Walks with people, not projects.
We listen, care, and build trust through everyday relationships.

One Story

Shares Jesus simply and personally.
We share our testimony and the gospel naturally as opportunities arise.

5. Why THREE ONES Works
