Encouraging others through prayer, connection, and momentum within THREE ONES
What Is a Facilitator?
A humble encourager who fosters prayer, connection, and momentum through THREE ONES.”
A Facilitator is not the leader of the group, but serves as a humble encourager by praying for people and their “ones,” staying aware of group members’ outreach journeys, supporting THREE ONES communication, and fostering momentum within the group.
“Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.” 1 Thessalonians 5:11
Ways a Facilitator Serves
Encouragement — Encourage small, faithful steps in outreach and gather outreach stories of what God is doing.
Connection — Stay aware of people’s outreach journeys, encourage participation in Outreach Together, and share the needs of the group.
