A Culture Builder is not a leader or coach. Culture Builders help make outreach a natural part of the Christian life by:

  • Praying for their group members.
  • Encouraging outreach conversations and story-sharing when opportunities arise.
  • Staying aware of each person’s outreach journey.
  • Celebrating group members’ outreach stories.
