What Is a Facilitator?

A humble encourager who fosters prayer, connection, and momentum through THREE ONES.”

A Facilitator is not the leader of the group, but serves as a humble encourager by praying for people and their “ones,” staying aware of group members’ outreach journeys, supporting THREE ONES communication, and fostering momentum within the group.

“Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.” 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Ways a Facilitator Serves
  • Connection — Stay aware of your group’s outreach journeys.
  • Story Collection — Gather one or two outreach stories monthly .
  • Participation — Encourage your group people to participate in monthly Outreach Together.
  • Prayer — Pray for group members’ needs and for their “ones.”
